Good customer service Pandora!

I'm impressed. I had a problem with Pandora yesterday, I went to add a band and I got a song instead. So I, a non-paying-demo-user, wrote in to tech support to ask if there was something I could do and ask why-did-this-bite-me. I not only got one answer, I got two! And they both told me about the back-end quirk that bit me, what they were fixing , and how it'd be fixed today.

Sure enough, it was fixed. Added in the band no problem this morning.

Great customer service! Keep it up!
